At Poppeto, we take great care in packing and shipping your orders to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. All orders are shipped via USPS and are processed on the same business day as the purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please note that Poppeto is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

• Free shipping is available for all orders over $99.

• For orders below $99, a flat shipping rate applies, ranging from $5.50 to $8.95, depending on the package weight.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund, provided the conditions below are met. Please note that we do not offer exchanges—if you need a different item, kindly place a new order.

• Full refunds are available for returns made within 7 business days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you return an item after 7 business days but within 14 business days, you will receive a store credit instead of a refund.
